New titles in Portuguese

We have been working to get our newest collection of books in Portuguese ready to circulate. We have bought books for all ages, toddlers through high school.  We hope they will help to satisfy what we know is a need for our community. 

Plan on ending  your morning with some stories, songs, and fun at the APL. This Story Hour is perfect for kids ages newborn to 5 but all ages are welcome.

We are trying a new time for our new Saturday Book Club. We hope you will grab a copy of An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green and  join the discussion. 

Native Authors Book Club

Tuesday, January 21st @ 7:00pm

We hope you will join the discussion. Tonight's conversation of Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer will be facilitated by Patricia Pflaumer.  Books are available in print here at APL and may be available electronically on Libby or Hoopla. Please let us know if you would like a copy and you can pick it up during our open hours. Tonight's discussion is in-person and will be held in the Copeland Room.
